We came in with our two young kids and were seated on the patio, where the yard games were a huge win for our family. Jason recommended the green chile bacon mac n’ cheese ripper, and it was outstanding. What really set him apart was how intentional he was with our kids, taking time to show them how to play the yard games, engaging with them, and speaking to them with genuine kindness and respect. He was warm, attentive, and authentic in a way that made the whole experience memorable. I can confidently say he’s one of the best servers we’ve ever had. We already loved Lindy’s but we love Lindy’s even more with Jason there. The music playlist was 10/10 too 👌🏻

He checked back several times to make sure everything was wax great. The food was fantastic. I have the Dirty Sanchez and the sauce was amazing on the burger with the green chilies. My daughter has the sliders and said they were wonderful. We also had the loaded buffalo tots. I forgot to take pictures because we dig in so fast! I will next time cause it was just as amazing looking as it was tasting!
- BCBrian ChaseDec 7, 20252.0I went in for the 20th anniversary of special. My last experiences at Lindy's were mediocre, so I was hoping things would have improved. I ordered the OG burger and the Lindy's Brew. The Brew was advertised as Bario Rojo on their TV screen by the bar. However, when I got the beer, it was clear it was not the Rojo. I asked the server what it was, stating I thought it was the Rojo. She just said it is not and it was some kind of ale. No apology and didn't even offer to go find out what it was. The beer also took a long time to get, even though there were only a few people at the seated at the bar and very few other people in the restaurant. We could see the bartender, and she didn't seem to be particularly busy. I'm not sure why it took so long to pour a beer. The burger was fine. It was a lot smaller than I expected. However, having just read another recent review, apparently that was because it was a throwback to their original burger 20 years ago. Unfortunately, that was not advertised when ordering.
