  AVOID THIS PLACE! Better burgers at Cafe a la cart downtown with fries included. Ripped off a friend. They still haven't given a refund from a month ago for things that were missing. They asked to speak to the owner since management didn't process refund, they were informed that she is dating the owner. Apparently that means NO recourse for my friend being ripped off and treated horribly in this process. Neither the manager or owner can do the right thing and refund for stuff that was missing??? THAT'S RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS, OWNER AND MANAGEMENT!! AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!! Response to reply from restaurant: My review is not inaccurate. It's a month later and no refund has been issued still. They ended up filing with their bank. There's been no apology from your manager that was aggressive when you guys screwed up. Yeah, there's a problem with the staff behaving inappropriately because there's no repercussions. Shouldn't treat people horribly and not refund them for problems after a month and them still deal with attitude. Even I'm getting attitude for sticking up for a friend you have at this point not taken care of. I stand by the review. You haven't refunded money that was owed a customer a month ago as well as treated them terribly. THAT'S BAD BUSINESS.

  This was my first time at Lindy's and my experience was memorable. The atmosphere was nice and the aroma was satisfying. I got the donkey punch burger, which had some heat with the flavor and my partner got the blue suede cow burger, which had peanut butter on it. They were both huge, sloppy and delicious. The French fries were also seasoned, hot and paired well with our burgers. I see why this place is always mentioned in the best burger in Tucson conversation.

  My husband and I were visiting from Chandler and decided to try this spot for lunch. We both ordered hamburgers, which tasted good but for the price, I assumed a side would be included. A regular order of fries was an additional $5, bringing the total to $21 per burger. At that price point, I expected fresh-cut fries, but they seemed to be frozen. To add to the frustration, we were charged a service fee for using a credit card. I understand these fees are legal, but I believe they have to be clearly posted so customers know before ordering. If it was displayed, I didn’t notice it. The atmosphere was okay, but overall, I felt nickel-and-dimed. There are so many great burger places and places with better values that I wouldn’t return when we visit again.

  Giving this place 5 stars because the food was great. Prices were what I expected, and the inside was nice with a covered patio and plenty of seating. Casual, decorated nice and the place was clean. We went on a weeknight, table of 2, ordered drinks, a burger, a chicken sandwich and cheese curds. All the food was really good and we will probably go back for that. The server, however, at best didn’t want us to be there, at worst, maybe wished us harm? LOL but really, it was almost comical how unhappy she was to be there. A different person brought our food out and was very nice and friendly. Maybe just a bad day for our server but it just gives me the ick when I feel like I’m not welcome in a business. For reference, we had no special requests on anything, weren’t demanding or rude in any way and still left a good tip.

  AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!HORRIBLE BUSINESS WITH HORRIBLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered food for pickup. When went to pick it up the person dropped the bag on the floor and then set the bag on the counter to put my food in. I asked them for a different bag, which she did. I was then told to wait while my food sat there on the counter until someone else who knew how to run the register came to the front. I asked if everything was there, was not the case. The order was missing items. When I notified them, they argued that they never charged me although was listed on my receipt. All they had to do was check, yet argued refusing to take the time to make things right. Then the supposed general manager was rude and disrespectful and still has not processed the refund for what I was owed. No apologies for all the issues and attitude. Just a problem with me having an attitude after being argued with and treated horribly for them messing up and having to still argue a month later about being refunded. Better burgers elsewhere! Quality, portions and service have went down and prices have went up like other businesses.
