Service was really bad. They weren’t busy for the amount people working there but our server literally disappeared every single time. Went to the kitchen to ask a couple questions we had and never came back about it so we didn’t even get to complete our order. One food item was great, one was below average as it had gotten cold by the time we got it. I wanted to like this place

La Chingada is one of those downtown Tucson spots that immediately sets the tone. Bold name, bold energy, and a lively atmosphere that feels fun without being overdone.
They offer live music, which adds to the experience, and I was happy to find solid vegan options on the menu. The chickpea avocado taco (ordered minus the cheese) was so good—flavorful, filling, and thoughtfully put together. Service was friendly, the space was buzzing, and it’s an easy place to hang out and enjoy the vibe.
A great downtown stop that delivers on atmosphere and inclusive menu options.

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, La Chingada wont disappoint you. The service is fast and staff is courteous. The food is fresh and you get to try some new items. There was live music when we last visited. Very good place to bring kids and groups for parties.

The only good thing about this restaurant was the environment. The waitress ignored us for the first 15 minutes we were there, didn’t bring out half our food, took an hour bringing us drinks, and the food wasn’t even good. We ordered nachos without meat and they brought us some kind of meat dipping sauce with it. Make it make sense. Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. The food was trash and we paid $80 for one entrée and one appetizer. We left and went to Taco Bell.

One visit only for brunch. So, a shallow review. Parking is a bit dodgy, but we found a few meters a little over a block away.
Were seated immediately, menus and feesh sheets. Wait staff was thin on a Tuesday, but totally up to the task.
My wife inhaled the Huevos Rancheros, they were that good, crispy tortillas, me adding avocado from my Queso y Birria Omelet (no queso).
The menu doesn't mention pico, or greens, or sauces. Maybe we are clueless on Tucson hospitality.
Nothing short of excellent.
