  Way overpriced and lacking in customer service. Probably should be at 2 stars, but the place was clean and the food was ok. Walking into the place for lunch on a rainy day, I happened to be the only customer, and I didn't receive a very welcome. As i waited to give my order, the young lady at the register ignored my presence completely. Eventually not saying "welcome" but just a stare and raise of the eyebrows like well, are you gonna order or not, kind of vibe. I ordered the 8" tuna sub meal, which consists of the sandwich, small bag of chips and medium drink. The total cost was just under $20. The food is mediocre and way overpriced. Wont be going back for seconds.

  Friendly staff, clean environment, great menu options! Perfect for a quick grab and go or quick sit down and eat. I got the new “Sicilian” sandwich , that was the closest option to “meatball marinara” (which they don’t have) but pretty good , try it for yourself

  Last time I went to Jimmy John’s was 9 years ago. I had a terrible experience, so I vouched to never go back. Well, I thought I had a coupon through JJ, turns out it was actually Jersey Mike’s when I got to the store. Whatever, decided to try JJ’s one more time. I don’t understand why you guys have to do everything so fast. I get that’s your whole slogan, but you guys mess up sandwiches to the point where it’s not even edible. I asked for no lettuce, of course I got lettuce. I asked for bacon. Of course I got no bacon. Everything just looks like it’s thrown in the sandwich with no care. I’m so used to restaurants messing up. That I just take the L & eat the food. But this one was so bad. I had to get a refund. But before I did that, I called & asked to see if we could do it through the phone. He tells me no. I get to the store, he doesn’t need my receipt. He doesn’t need me to tap my phone. So why couldn’t we just do this through the phone? You already messed up my order, the lease he could’ve done was save me some time & gas. But whatever. I hope you guys change your slogan, because your sandwiches are disgusting. I’ll definitely never be back to Jimmy John’s.

  Super awesome sandwich. The roast beef was rare perfect amount of peppers and onions. Will definitely return to this location.
