I had a great experience today at Jimmy John’s. Virgina and the man who made my sandwhich I didn’t get his name were super nice and pleasant. My pickle which was delicious and their cherry coke was perfect. The music was awesome too. It was a vibe. Thank you!

First time in it was ok I guess but I would of tipped if I got greeted when I walked in such a difference when u get greeted but it was an ok experience

I don't know what the heck was wrong with the staff today but my order was missing items altogether. They got the 'no' part right on items but anything i had as ez was a 50/50 on being on the sandwich. Some retraining is certainly in order. If this is what i can expect for quality at J&J prices then i will not be returning. Maybe gossip less with your coworkers until you finish your tasks. I walked in a for pickup and was told to check the rack...that was empty, which i saw was empty when i walked in. The staff would know that if they were paying attention to what they are doing. They even made their own modifications that i didn't put on my order. They took additional items off that i did not specify to remove.
