  Was told they couldn’t deliver - and didn’t give me any options as to what store can help me - so I ate somewhere completely different

  I called the store to ask about my order, just to make sure they received it. They are very rude and hung up on me. I won't order here again.

  Can't rate the food I never received..but I out in a order 10 minutes before I took my lunch I sat my entire lunch 30 minute waiting for my food. To the point I had to return to work with out lunch and called the store to inform them to cancel and that services was not freak fast as advertised and all I got was a ok well tell the driver no apology nothing reminds me why I stay away from the park location

  The Jimmy John team on Park Avenue near the UofA is FANTASTIC! I ordered a catering order at the last minute and despite being incredibly busy, they delivered it EARLY! The manager even called to set my expectations on when the order would be ready. Thank you, team, for making Moving Day at the UofA so wonderful!

  I have been a long time patron of this Jimmy Johns. Over the last few months the quality has been going down. I once received a sandwich with no sauce on it. This location was convenient enough for me to overlook these downgrades, until last week I ordered a sandwich for my kid and myself. after 45 minutes of waiting I called and was told that they had sent it out but will ask when the driver returns. The manager called me about 10 minutes later asking if i found the food, and that the driver had left it at a building I had never heard of(The Marvel Building?). When I said that that wasn't my building I walked the outside of all 3 buildings that are around my building. When I complained that I was out the sandwich, the person I was talking to assured me that I had it because it was delivered. This was not the case. Finally I was told " I will start with your refund". This refund never came.
