- AFA FDec 27, 20255.0I Came into the Five Guys on 22nd & Harrison literally last minute before closing, I’m talking buzzer beater timing, just hoping to order some fries. As expected, one employee started to turn me down, and I was already preparing my “it’s okay, I understand” speech. Enter Oscar. Oscar stepped in like the customer service superhero Five Guys didn’t know it needed. He asked what I wanted, I said “just some fries,” and he immediately told the employee, “Go ring him up before the register closes in two minutes.” But Oscar didn’t stop there. He turned the moment into a lesson, calmly explaining that when you help a customer, even at the last second, they’re the ones who come back. And he was absolutely right, because here I am writing this review. Oscar went out of his way to make me feel welcome after what could’ve been an awkward situation, handled it with professionalism, leadership, and just the right amount of confidence. My man didn’t just serve fries, he served a masterclass in customer service. Oscar is a rare breed, the kind of employee every business hopes to hire and every customer hopes to run into. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Five Guys, you are very lucky to have him. Also, the fries were 🔥, but Oscar? Even better.

The latter is what I usually choose. They do a nice job. Food is always fresh . I'm not a potato lover but I do like 5 guys French fries. Friendly service ,clean restaurant. In every restaurant I've ever been in it's always too cold for me to enjoy my meal. Other then that I prefere Five Guys over most fast food hamburger places .
