The burgers were cooked to perfection and assembled artfully. The fries were cooked to perfection. It really was the best ever from five Guys and I have tried them in many states across the country AND this was the best. They did an amazing job! Thank you!

First time I clicked "reorder" on my past order that was delivered, went through all the menus and after I confirmed I got a message saying they would let me know when it's ready for pick up. I phoned the store and they said they can't help me since I ordered on the app, that I should click the Cancel button on the app - which doesn't exist. Third time I ordered for delivery - and never got my food, and again the store said not their problem, to contact Five Guys customer service. So I switched to ordering through DoorDash since at least they know how to deliver food. Today I ordered 3 burgers and a shake through DoorDash and when I got the order Five Guys had rung it up as 2 burgers and a shake, so I was missing a burger. Fool me once shame on you, fool me 4 times??? I'm an idiot but at least I've finally learned my lesson. Will never order anything from this Five Guys ever again.
