I placed the DoorDash order and received a burger with nothing I ordered on it, called into five guys and they were more than happy to help me rectify the situation. I came in the next day and the manager gave me the burger I wanted with no problem. Great service and great management. They were happy to help and did it with a smile.

This is my first time eating Five Guys in 3 years. When I lived in KC I ate it weekly. I took one bite of burger and a few fries and threw it in the trash. This was inedible to me. The fries were soft limpy and lifeless. Tasted like they been sitting in someone's car for a few days. Both patties on my burger were dry and had no flavor. Maybe they don't season their patties here. I thought they did. I sure miss those good fresh crispy cajun fries. Greasy okay for me as long as they are crispy. Lol
