  I’m really happy to finally have an Einstein’s on the south side--such a great and convenient location for those of us coming from Green Valley. I truly want this store to succeed. My only concern was the product quality. The bagel I ordered was EXTREMELY dry. Very surprising as they're usually very consistent (other locations). I’m sharing this in hopes that the team can take a look at the baking process. I’d love to come back once the quality improves.

  I was so impressed by the energy and service with the staff here. So attentive and friendly and you can see each member working hard to keep up with all the pick up orders as well as walk in orders. Store was clean and effective.

  WARNING! THIS IS NOT A FULL "REAL" EINSTEIN'S! This is some kind of experimental quick service express location that purposely severely handicaps their menu. They don't even have poppy seed bagels. I repeat, poppy seed, the most generic, most expected bagel, is not on the menu. You will not get a full menu if you order Uber and possibly doordash. Uber defualts to this location, which is severely limited. Alongside so many other bagels do not exist here. They only have a select FEW bagels. Again, this is not becuase they were out, this is by design. It's like a McDonald's that doesn't have fries. Or serves burgers but no chicken nuggets, its compeltely useless. This is another fine example of completely inept ownership and managers coming up with completely absurd boneheaded ideas, forgetting the customer and quality. After being a customer for many years, this makes me VERY hesitant to order again, at ANY location. I don't know which locations are "real" Einstiens now, and which ones are fake express locations. Much easier to just go with a local competitor and know what you are ordering than guessing and praying you are going to the right location. I do want to add that the employee I spoke to on the phone was very patient, nice and helpful. This rating in no reflects the experience from the staff. I had a great experience with them.

  The only non local place i like for coffee Bagels r amazing... I hate Bagels but I love this place!
