- NRNereyda RetanaJan 31, 20261.0Got my drink size wrong and when I politely let them know by saying “i’m so sorry i ordered a large”, there was no apology, smile, or instruction from the girl making it to let me know she was going to make another one or that they weren’t going to take back the drink they’d made. I had tried to hand back the drink and received a snarky response covered up by a “babe” and she didn’t even look at me which was extremely rude and condescending. As well as hearing comments made under her breath as she remade the drink. Edit: I checked my account and the employees did not use the credit on my app despite me explicitly saying I’d like to use the 10 dollars and i’d pay the difference. Horrible experience and justified the extra couple of dollars I spend at starbucks.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
