They're all so nice, Brooklyn, Lexi, Angel, Jack, Sierra (there are many more but I'm awful at names) they always have such good input on drinks and it's always fun to talk to them. Dark, heavy mornings where just getting out of bed felt like a win. And somehow, in a way that might sound small or silly to someone else, this Dutch Bros became a bright spot in my day. The kindness here is real. The way they remember my name, my order, and actually ask how I’m doing, not out of obligation but genuine interest, made more of an impact on me than they’ll probably ever know. For a few minutes every morning, I felt seen. I felt human. I felt like I mattered. Even now, after moving past that season of my life, I still go out of my way to support this location. I usually prioritize small businesses, but these employees are truly one of a kind and deserve every bit of support they get. Their warmth, consistency, and heart are unmatched. And on top of all that, they always get my order right. Every time. Which is honestly more than I can say for most coffee spots in Tucson. They have watched my new puppy grow and turn 1 and are as excited to see her every morning as she is them! They supported my small nonprofit at my grand opening and even came as friends when I had my 1yr anniversary. Thank you for being steady when life wasn’t. Your smiles, your kindness, and your care meant everything to me. You’ll always have my loyalty.

They’ve gotten to know our whole family, remember our orders, and even our kids’ names, which makes every visit feel special. We go out of our way to come to this location because the people are just that great. And despite the construction on Grant, getting in and out is no issue at all. Highly recommend stopping by—you won’t regret it.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
