I love the drinks, and typically at Dutch bros the staff are very friendly and the service is fast. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but I have never seen someone outside taking orders. Everyone is forced to wait until they get to the window to order, so I’ve started ordering at the walk up window which makes it a bit faster. But a trip to Dutch bros with 4 cars in line shouldn’t take 20 minutes.

Unfortunately, the quality of service has consistently declined with each subsequent visit. While the employee who took my order during my most recent visit was pleasant and engaging, my order was not accurately processed. Upon reaching the drive-through window, I was served by a different individual. The wait times at this establishment are excessive, particularly given the recurring inaccuracies in order fulfillment. I have observed a lack of urgency among the staff. For instance, I witnessed an employee slowly preparing my beverage with a small utensil, despite a growing queue of customers. My order was for a double-blended chocolate milk with soft top. However, the soft top was omitted, and the drink itself was largely frozen solid. When I inquired about being charged for the soft top, the employee responded, "No, do you want me to charge you for it?" The beverage contained a minimal amount of liquid and was filled with large ice chunks, rendering it undrinkable. It appeared as though I had received a cup of ice with a faint chocolate flavor. These consistent disappointments are particularly frustrating given the proximity of this location to my workplace.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
