  Great coffee, great customer service, fun vibes with great music choices- That said, can we slow down with the rapid fire get-to-know-you questions at the pick up window? I’ve been having some surreal conversations at this location first thing in the morning. The last three times I’ve been here it’s been an onslaught of questions like, “What are you doing right now?” “Oh going to work, where do you work?” “Oh you’re a teacher, do it like it?” “Why did you choose that?” “Are the kids mean?” "What are you teaching right now?” “Do you (the other passenger) work there too?” "What are you doing after work?" "Aw no plans yet, so you think you'll just take it easy?" "Oh you don't know, so what do you normally like to do?" Thing is, I typically like conversations (after I had my coffee), but sometimes these questions come so fast I haven’t even finished answering the last one yet! It feels very inorganic and rapid-fire, like there’s a quota of get-to-know-you questions. There’s been mornings where I avoid Dutch Bros because it’s too early to be interviewed. We could just talk about the weather, or listen to the nice tunes y’all got playing, or let conversation flow naturally. Even if the topic of conversation changed to some cheesy daily ice breakers, that’d be better (“Today we're asking- would you rather be a millionaire or have a superpower?" etc.) I'm sorry, posting this is a little rude of me, I don't want to get anyone in trouble or complain. 5 stars on everything. I just want to be able to grab some coffee without worrying about an intense interaction.

  I absolutely love the various drink options in particular the sparking sodas or rebel energy drinks! The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because their order ahead feature offers NO support if u have an issue or concern. It’s impossible to reach your local shop and the corporate number doesn’t give an option to speak to a live agent. I suggest going in person. But the staff is super welcoming and the drinks are AMAZING! ❤️

  This is the best location hands down!!! I have been a loyal Dutch bros regular because of this location and the staff. Literally been coming here since the day they opened. I have tried a couple other locations but this is the only one I go to. I only ever get the same thing and they’re the only ones that make it correctly, and if by chance it’s not right hey remake it with no issues. Every employee that works/worked here has always been awesome, Haley, Christian, Becca, Aries, Cam, Braxton, Cora, Jackie, and every single other one that I didn’t name, thank you for always being awesome!!!!!! 🫶🫶🫶

  I’ve been coming to this Dutch Bros for the past four years, and it is hands down my favorite stand in town. The drinks are always amazing, but what really keeps me coming back is the people. Christian is seriously the best. He’s always so friendly, upbeat, and makes every visit feel like a little highlight of my day. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and loves what he does. The manager Haley is also incredible. She runs such a welcoming, positive environment, and it really shows in the way the whole team interacts with customers. Every time I come through, I leave in a better mood than when I arrived. This stand feels like a comfort place at this point, and I’ll forever be loyal. 💙

  Guys. I come through here every single day. Every member of their staff consistently goes above and beyond with both customer service and general service. They are genuinely nicest and most helpful humans on earth. Whether I’m going to work or just running errands, I will always drive the extra 15 minutes out of the way just to get a drink and say hi. Truly these employees are the best humans ever and I hope they all consistently have cold pillows at night and every day is good hair day for them. 5/5 stars, so much love for my Dutch ppl❤️❤️
