We were visiting from Mexico and the lady that took our order made an effort to talk Spanish to my parents (who are not fluent in English) which was a very nice gesture. Coffee and prices are great, they have a nice variety and the holiday menu is really good. They allow you to make your own combinations, service is also quick.

Although, last night they were super busy and two girls were doing so much, probably should have more people working. Both girls had great energy though and when Misty took my order she didn’t rush me and had a great conversation with me even though there was a super long line. Great location and great drinks!

He’s made me the absolute best tasting drinks! If you have the chance always ask for him because he’s such an amazing person and makes the experience what it should be. This is the third time I’ve ordered an iced coffee with the same employee, and he keeps giving me the wrong order. Today I ordered an Iced Holiday Cookie, but he charged me for an Iced Golden Eagle instead. He insisted that I should take the coffee even though it wasn’t what I ordered. He seemed upset and told me he needed to refund it and take my order again. This employee has never been friendly to me, and I always feel uncomfortable when he takes my order. I feel bad because this location is close to my home, but I won’t be coming back.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
