I got a wrong order, i understand its busy but when i asked the girl if she can re make it cause it was so bitter she said “well you ordered it that way”. And she made me pay for it again. - WMWendy MorenoNov 6, 20251.0I went this morning and was 28 minutes in drive-thru line, I wasn’t expecting to wait that long, and I noticed that the in person line was moving faster I decided to get out of line and go to the walk up window as I had already paid for my drinks and was at that point running late to work. When I walked up and asked for the drinks, I explained that the girl had told me to go behind a green car but that two cars cut to go in front of that green car, I assumed everyone was impatient to get out of that line which made us wait even longer. She then goes to tell some guy with a white hat and pony tail, which with a snarky attitude says “and she thinks bc she gets off ima make them any faster” (actually yes I did think that, because if you were going in order like you said I would have been gone before the two cars cut us off, my fault). Then they started to hand out drinks to people who were after me in the window and cars and it honestly felt like he did it out of pettiness cus they were smiling and looking at me, so I was waiting for drinks 30+ minutes. I tried to be patient but after they had multiple people come, ask me if I got out of the drive-through line and gave me snarky attitudes. That’s where I lost my patience. I understand being busy and being short staffed, but there’s better ways to respond. Specially when I wasn’t being rude, and the fact that you hand out drinks to people who ordered after me not only in the drive-through line, but the walk up window confirmed to me that they took longer on my drinks on purpose and that’s not OK. My fault for losing patience but to be in the drive-through line for 28 minutes is Pretty frustrating.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
