  I went here on Christmas Eve, hours were open until noon. When I arrived, there was a small Closed sign on the door, it was 11:04am. Ok, they are taking drive thru orders. Got to the drive thru, I asked if they had enough donuts for 2 dozen, you know, easy sale. "We don't have donuts, we opened at 4". Not we're out, the lady said they don't have them. Also, I don't care when you opened, It's not 4, it's 11:08 by this time. The insult, after I said alrighty, she said "have a wonderful day". To this day, not only has Dunkin utterly failed on their service, this store, even reviewing additional comments, drops the ball each time, has been fed this behavior and it sounds like manager and staff should be fired. "Everyone runs on Dunkin" is the phrase, umm...re-think this marketing strategy along with your "quality" people. "Everyone gets insulted by Dunkin and staff they hire". As you said to me i'll say to you, have a wonderful day.

  As far as locations go they are better here than most locations. Only other dunkin donuts i know i can trust is in nashua hampshire. A lot of them are hit or miss.

  I live nearby this location, and I have gone by multiple times thinking it'll be a a quick nice coffee pickup. However, the last 4 out of 5 times I have visited I have been informed they are out of mocha flavoring of any kind. I only drink/order mocha so I had to leave and find another location. Mind you, the majority of these visits took place first thing in the morning on the way to work. This location does not get that busy from what I've seen, so how they run out of mocha constantly first thing at opening shift is beyond me. Whoever is doing the restock orders must not be on top of it. Usually they are kind enough to inform me they are out, but I have been given a coffee before that tasted nothing like what I normally get. So I assume they didn't notify me that time and gave me whatever they wanted. When I confronted the employee he said it was indeed mocha, but knowing what I drink on a regular basis I didn't think so. I would give more stars, but the service is not always friendly either. Usually when I pull up I hear a herd of giggling girls on the mic, who are distracted and giggling with coworkers while taking my order, or the employees seem to be very "out of it" during transaction interactions. I love Dunkin and am sad because I have to travel much further to get my coffee fix now. I don't like ruling the dice on "will they even have my coffee order today or not" when I am already on a time crunch to get to work. I will visit other consistent reliable locations from now on.
