- RLR. LaughlinJul 20, 20231.0I've been to this location several time with minimal issues, service is slow normally but this particular visit deserves mentioning. I placed a mobile order that took over 30 minutes for the folks behind the counter to fill and it was only after someone noticed me standing there that I was asked what I needed. Then they grabbed the mobile order ticket off the counter, which was sitting in a pile of other ignored mobile order tickets, and proceeded to complete the order. The two drinks I had ordered were sitting there waiting for me but the food and donut order were not filled at that time. 15 minutes later a girl brings me the food portion of my order, I reach out to take my drinks and she snaps, "don't touch those, I will give them to you." and then took one of my drinks away. I had to ask for it back. I told her maybe they need to pay closer attention to the mobile orders they receive. Her reply was, again sarcastic, "Ma'am, we're busy." Too busy for mobile orders I guess. I told her I would not be back. As I was leaving she yelled "Rxxxx won't be back, so sad." Definitely not a place I will be returning to. Apparently they have enough business that they do not need mine. Thanks Dunkin!!! This location needs some serious help and the young person behind the counter should not be working anywhere she will come in contact with the public!
