Took over 5 mins to get a single doughnut. One employee busy working and processing orders, while the manager was just chatting with airport employees, when we asked for help for my order we were met with attitude, order was slammed down on the counter by the manager, our food was crumbled and the wrong item.

Ordered a plain coffee and took a sip. I burnt both lips. Painful! Glad I didn’t dump it in my lap. There would be another lawsuit (think McDonalds). Guys! Get a brain and turn the temperature down. I never give out anything but five star or nothing but this needs attention.

You expect a location at the airport to be quick. Nope. First the kiosks are not intuitive, so the people in front of me needed the time to hunt through the options. On top of that, the people are slow and do not think. I watched my food sit on the counter. Three different employees picked it up and looked at it. When my name was finally called, it had been sitting for over 5 minutes. I asked why they didnt call me earlier and she responded that she didnt know if I needed coffee. Ridiculous place. If this was outside the airport, it would close.

No cashier unless you work at the airport. Everyone else is forced to use an automated kiosk and it has the audacity to default to adding a tip. For what? They should be tipping me for taking my own order. Food was fine, quality you'd expect from a place like dunkin.
