My queso hashbrowns had cold queso sauce on them and the cup they come in wasn't even half full!!! This was my first time back to Dunkin in years and I am now reminded why I've stayed away. 🙏

I've worked customer service for over 2 decades and this was absolutely pathetic customer service.. Too bad there isn't a negative star rating.
