    This location has the most miserable people working. At least the afternoon shifts. Been there 3 times in last few months and each time, they act like your bothering them. It's never super busy so I dont understand the lack of customer service. Or at least a smile. Sad.

    Got small chocolate strawberry blizzard and small eggnog shake and dr pepper. Blizzard and shake taste fine, dr pepper tastes like soap. When trying to call the store to voice my concern about this, an association picked up and hung the phone up on me. I did not get a receipt, otherwise I would call customer service. Very friendly staff and prompt service though Honest to God, if I get one of these "dq fan relations team" auto generated responses about how you hope I'll come back soon I will switch to thrifty ice cream. Give us consumers real solutions. This location is bad. Management needs to do something. Maybe management is the problem! I don't care! Switching back to the ajo location for now. 3.89+ tax down the drain.

    Every time we go after 9 pm before supposed closing time at 10, we are told they already closed. Super unprofessional.

    I used to love this location since I live right down the street, but the last few times I’ve gone to get ice cream they forgot to put bananas in my banana split or did not make the blizzard right. So I’d suggest you going to another location.
