Ordered 2 cherry dipped cones with sprinkles on the side for $10. As we were eating our cones we realized the ice cream was SOUR. I went inside to ask for a refund but 1. they didn’t give us a receipt and 2. i threw the cones in the trash outside (should have brought them in I guess?). The woman working looked at the cones in the trash but evidentially still could not get a refund… If it wasn’t for the plain ice cream under the dip i probably wouldn’t be able to tell the ice cream was sour. Something ain’t right and it’s crazy that they wouldn’t do a refund.

I love ice cream, I scream for it but they cannot hear me. The screams are in my head.
Please Queen, make it stop.
On some actual shit though, I was really excited that I saw Pibb (soda like Dr. Pepper) on the menu. I ordered a large one. The fella handed me my fountain drink first, I tried it and it was super watered down.
When bringing this to the Edgar's attention, he said yea I know its super watered down I think our syrup is out. I said why are you selling it then? Tell people its not available. All that did was piss me right off. I asked for a refund and all he said was "uhhhh" like I wasn't gonna get a refund. Told him I'll wait. He got a manager real quick, got my refund processed.
Why allow someone to order something that's not really available? Why have an associate smile and laugh about the condition of the soda machine when the customer just paid for "a hint of" the soda they're trying to get? I don't get it.
Its like someone ordered chocolate ice cream and paid for it, you didn't tell them you're out of chocolate ice cream and when you give it to them you give them vanilla with chocolate sauce.
