I went tonight and when I placed my order I was informed the chocolate ice cream machine was down once again. When I said “Again?” The employee responded “Not again, still.” I work fast food and when we have something break or go down it’s fixed within a day. Very confused why this isn’t a priority. I cannot be the only one wanting chocolate ice cream.
