Also the owners strategy for dealing with these kinds of reviews seems to be to ask the customer to reach out to them on the chipotle website. This skirts their responsibilities to take any action about these reviews. Disappointing. Take care of your business smh.

However I saw an entire grill covered in meat today… and this is the third time I’ve been in- and I was told there was no sofritas to make my order. I think it’s hard to tell modern day restaurants that they’re doing it wrong. But there should at least be an equal amount of attention and accommodation for vegetarian options especially when it’s the only one offered among various meat/proteins. Dissatisfied walking out of this restaurant again empty handed. Thanks.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone with them and they said they gave me a free coupon for an entree and never received anything and no response back. Will definitely not be back. The amount i spent on the food and time waisted i could have drove to the store and made the whole thing myself.
