- AAArlopgNov 12, 20251.0This was hands-down the worst experience my family has ever had at any fast-food restaurant. The staff at this location were openly hostile, aggressive, and disrespectful — not just toward us, but toward multiple customers while we were there. When my wife quietly said she didn’t want to stay because of how the employees were acting, one staff member actually replied, “Me neither.” That level of rudeness is unbelievable. I tried to add an item to my order for my son and was told, with attitude, that I had to go to the back of the line and “start all over,” even though my order wasn’t finished. The employees seemed more interested in rushing people and snapping at customers than actually helping anyone. The worst part was how one employee spoke to my 15-year-old daughter. She was questioned so aggressively about our party and payment that she became visibly shaken and confused. She was so upset she couldn’t even explain what happened until we were in the car heading home. No minor should ever be treated like that. This location’s staff were hostile, aggressive, and completely unprofessional from beginning to end. We will never return, and I strongly recommend management take a serious look at what’s happening here.

I’m not against buying someone food but to be followed in and asked was quite uncomfortable. Staff did nothing to stop him from coming in and out of the store asking people to buy him food.
