I work in customer service and understand that everyone has bad days, but I have come here 4 times over the course of a year and every experience has me regretting my choice to come here. In fact, I live a couple minutes from this location and will go out of my way to go to the Chipotle on Broadway and Craycroft because of the difference in customer service. The staff are rude and make me feel like I am bothering them even though I come in with a good attitude. I know not much will come out of writing this review, but I hope management reevaluates what good customer service looks like and hires employees who can actually do their job without treating customers like crap.

The photos were unable to capture how gross the floor and table tops were. Customer kids using bare hands to push food litter off tables as their parents wait in line to order food; just gross.
