Told her to "Make sure to help work on the veggies so the other bowls didnt get cold" Their was 3 other bowls waiting for veggies. He didnt step in to help at all but to just tell his staff what to do then walked back to the kitchen to what looked like fill some bags with chips. Just because he's a manager doesnt me he's to good for the line. The rest of the staff really stepped up to help the struggling employee well the manager just filled chip bags. What happened to customer service? Then some "newbie" throws together your bowl with a sub-par portion of rice and meat unless you ask for a decent portion. Will try another location, then will find another source for food. Sold my CMG stock 3 months ago.
