  Why why why is it everytime I go in I ask for plain white rice and I’m immediately presented with an attitude, seriously you have it in the back already why are you so moody? So now this moody person is building my bowl and wants to get thru it fast not caring what I’m saying and boom they add guac. Instantly the whole bowl is inedible (hence the plain white rice) It’s just so annoying and an obvious common theme. Get it together. I’m going to continue driving to the Oro Valley location for this very reason. And yes send the link Xavy I will let chipotle know how much attitude this location has.

  First, the food is good. Ordered the Barbacoa bowl. The portion seemed small so crazy me, I asked for a second portion, second one seemed smaller then the first. No big deal. Really should have asked how much it was, didn't see it on the menu..ok, well it's $6.00, but sometimes you gotta throw caution to the wind. No extra anything, no guacamole nothing crazy. $19.24 i of course looked to see if someone snuck some chips in on me... No. Cashier "Oh, by the way we don't make change" Excuse me? We don't give change....you know, the coin shortage and all. So.. it's a small robbery? If I reached into the tip jar that would be frowned on. But, my change is going to...? He shrugged. I know in the grand scheme of life, it's no big deal. However, I find this Lazy, Tackless, and a general disregard for me as a customer. My appetite evaporated, so i handed my dinner to the guy in the median asking for change. He thought it was a big deal.

  Absolute joke of an establishment. Employees are rude and they skimp on portions. Would not recommend!!!

  I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. My boyfriend and I walked in laughing and having a good time, and when it was our turn, the employee with long curly hair in a bun immediately had an attitude. I went ahead and told him we weren’t laughing at him, but his behavior just got worse. First red flag: he was using the same gloves while touching everything, then went straight back to making our tacos. It got even more disgusting when he grabbed pico de gallo with his hands wearing the same dirty gloves and put it on my tacos. Completely unhygienic. On top of that, he clearly shorted me on meat literally about five tiny pieces and got annoyed when I asked for more. It felt intentional and unprofessional. The whole experience was nasty and uncomfortable. If you don’t like your job, change it but don’t take it out on customers. Disgusting behavior. I will never be going back
