  I’m really disappointed with the service I received. The manager, Carina (who also never wears her name tag — I remembered her because I’ve had several issues with her before), took our order and decided to combine everything into one meal without asking. There were two of us ordering separately, and it was clear we wanted individual orders on the same ticket. I specifically asked for just fries with a side of mayo, and the person with me ordered a sandwich — no meals, no combo. Instead, she put my fries in the same box as the sandwich, which made no sense and completely mixed up our food. My fries sat there getting cold while we waited for the sandwich to be ready. It’s frustrating that she changed our order without confirming, especially when it was obvious we were ordering separately. We should’ve received our food exactly as requested — two separate items, not combined into one box. What makes this worse is that this location serves the military community, and Carina’s attitude toward customers on base has been consistently dismissive. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with her. On previous visits, she’s refused to serve bone-in wings on weekends, claiming they were unavailable — even though that was never posted anywhere. To make matters worse, her employees have repeated that same misleading excuse to customers. Overall, the lack of professionalism, honesty, and respect toward the people she’s serving — especially on a military installation — is completely unacceptable.

  Ate there at the mall today so far best I've ate in Tucson very fresh im impressed thank you will be back again

  Run-of-the-mill sandwich shop but it will get the job done if you're hungry and in a pinch with not a lot of options
