We ordered some wings and the sample platter anyways wings needed a bit more cooking couldn’t get our waitress to come to the table. Wasn’t busy at the time we had to even refill our own sodas but she was on top on the other customers beer after beer after all this will be the last time I go to this location having Harrison closer. I understand everyone has bad day but both waitresses where rude and last time we go to this location. Bad service

- BABentley AldridgeDec 18, 20251.0I can definitely say this is the worst B'dubs location in Tucson. The staff never pay attention to people, and it takes them forever to refill drinks. Im not looking for much, but when I haven't seen the waiter for 20 minutes for a party of 7 and you only bring 3 refills at a time then yeah im a little frustrated. It took a while to get the food, and it was cold. After a disappointing meal to get the check and then pay was another 30 minutes. Why?! I still left a tip because im not heartless, but I do believe that there should be better training and management at this location. The waiter was nice even if he was hardly ever to be found.
