I didn't think the less than friendly, slow service could get any worse - but I was wrong. The now self-serve ordering has slowed service down even further. Ordering a plain - not toasted bagel shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to get. The variety of bagel options seems to have decreased as well. The line of people who previously ordered, waiting for the coffee and/or food was a clear sign to others who were considering ordering, to go elsewhere. The bagel was good - but the less than friendly staff, self-serve ordering, extensive wait, and a credit card surcharge when there isn't a cash option makes it time to say enough is enough. Time to stop supporting a business that doesn't value mine.

Place is extremely understaffed so expect to wait a while for your food. My twice baked hashbrown was completely cold inside. This place only succeeds because there is no competition at the airport.

I lost my coffee order even though I ordered it at 6:20 which gave then a reasonable time as my flight started boarding at 6:38. I waited until 6:44 and still no coffee. While I was waiting instead of making coffee the employees where running toward gates delivering the coffees for some other customers while the line was building it which is nice for them but not for me and the other customers waiting. Wish I didn’t tip. Do not come here in the morning or if you don’t have 30-40 mins to wait for coffee.

This is my second time stopping at Brueggers for a snack at one of the only places to choose from at TUS. The bagel Sandwhich was fresh and delicious and the coffee is pretty good. The downside is how frustrating the self-order kiosk was. Not very user-friendly or enjoyable for people like myself who’d rather a human exchange, but Amber noticed I was struggling and jumped right in to help. She was so kind, made sure I got my order through, and even cracked a joke that lightened the whole situation. That honestly made a big difference. Also, I think the place is a bit short-staffed. It feels like there are ten customers for every one employee at any given time. The kiosk could actually work better if someone was hired to just help with it. Amber did a great job, but the team seems stretched thin and could use more support. Good bagels, though!

You don't get what you paid for and the beverage refrigerator keeps things coolish at best.
