  UNBELIEVABLE!!! i ordered on the app expecting it to be quicker to get my food. i got there and there was about 4 online orders ahead of me and NO ONE helped us. their main focus was the walk in and the cashier was so slow she would take forever to process the order. Was waiting for my order for about 25-30 minutes when on the app it said 15-20 minutes unacceptable. so disappointed

  My husband arrived at 1pm, all tables were cleared and chairs were put up as they were looking to close (2hours before closing time). \When ordering two Turkey Chipotle sandwiches he was rushed by the woman taking his order "anything else, anything else" and was told to go to the counter. He happened to look over and see she was putting sundried tomato spread on them. He questioned if that was an ingredient on the sandwiches, she grabbed the bagels and chucked them in the trash (instead of asking if he still wanted it) because there was then only one everything bagel left. As the first employee stood making the sandwiches, a second female employee walked up, cut some slices off a cucumber and then proceeded to pick up the rest of the cucumber right there and eat it while making talk with the first employee. We added cream cheese to one bagel, which they charged us for, but they certainly forgot both the lettuce and tomato which were included ingredients on our sandwiches. They did not offer a receipt. My husband who NEVER looks at reviews was so appalled, he looked up Google reviews on this store and saw that this type of behavior seems to be a repeat occurrence. This is absolutely not how we've ever been treated in one of your stores, but we sure hope it is the last! We will NOT be returning to this location.

  I used to love this place. But service has gone downhill, and prices are absurd now. It shouldn’t cost $15 for 2 plain bagels, and a drink. I am never coming back. Staff was gossiping, not busy. But still took almost 5 minutes to even acknowledge my presence. And made the order very slowly. To stop and gossip talk. I’ll just buy bagels from the grocery store, at a reasonable cost. The icing on the cake here, the bagels were dry and stale. Food wasn’t even good.

  My wife and I enjoy stopping in as a treat , going or coming from doctor appointments. I don't know any of there names but I due know all of there pleasant faces. I believe red runs the show , my grandaughter loves her hair ( ginger too ) . I just wanted to say Thank you for all you doo and do for us it does not go unnoticed. To you and yours Happy Thanksgiving

  Poor service! Highly recommend you go elsewhere. First we walked in and the store was darker than normal and the chairs were all up. Mind you, this is an hour before closing time. We get up to the counter and a younger girl looks at us with disgust and asks "Can I help you?" We begin to order and with every item she said "Anything else?" When we finished ordering, she responded without eye contact saying "Ok, go to the end of the counter." We get to the end of the counter and then the manager checked us out (Stephanie, per receipt) and she provided the same demeanor. As we waited for our food, they were trash talking upper management stating they hoped "she wouldn't come in and nit pick everything" etc. Additionally, they forgot a portion of the order as we left and we found some items undercooked when we arrived home. The only individual who met us with professionalism and kindness was a young man mopping the floors. After this experience, we will not return to this location.
