There were other orders in the oven which weren't out yet. The girl prepared the bagel and wrapped it . It was just sitting there on the counter. I told them just forget the cream cheese I'll take the plain bagel. The Young man just looked at me as did the girl and the man who took my money. I said "Could you just hand me the bagel I don't need the cream cheese." It would have required less than a second to hand it to me. He said I can't I didn't prepare it. So I said to the young woman and the man who checked me out can you just hand it to Me? They stared at me then, the young man started yelling at me that I was rude and there were people before me. I said its just sitting there wrapped just hand it to me. He did not. I don't even remember who gave it to me but it was ridiculous. I own a business and would fire any employee that talked to a customer the way he talked to me! He enjoyed every minute of it. He wanted other customers to hear so he was shouting, they had no idea that that little bagel just needed to be handed to me. He made it seem like I was a pushy customer demanding preferential treatment. I even tipped them! I will never return The cleanliness of the place where they prepare the food didn't look like they had wiped off the surface all day. I will never return.
