I chose to do this one today because I was completely in awe of the service and eggfiency (see what I did there) of this establishment. I walked in and was immediately irritated that there were five people in front of me, eggspecially (did it again) since I chose to stop here bc there was only one car in front. My immediate reaction was that I should have gone through the drive through fast food place I originally intended to. That entire thought process changed quickly. The staff here is phenomenal. They understand the needs of their customers, they work in an amazing group like, the service is phenomenal, they have it down! Bravo to this BB location!!👏👏😊😊

So my family has been buying Bruegger's since I was a kid. There used to be a location Down Town when I was in High School that I have ditched school to eat at as well as picked up bagels after school to take home. The stories can go on. Anyway the last time I had Bruegger's was in 2016, I had gone to this location two days in a row, the first to buy a sandwich and the second to get a dozen. The first day the cashier ironically, ( small town for people who don't move) was a bartender at The Flycatcher on 4th Ave but when it was called Plush, who couldn't take my order for a beer...did let me buy a sandwich begrudgingly. The next day a different woman has smashed all 12 of my bagels. I dumbly didn't look at them in the bag until I got home.
