- HHHeather6 days ago5.0Stopped in last Sunday for the pastrami, egg & cheese on pumpernickel; so delish! I miss when they had the Benedict; messy but ridiculously good. The employees are so patient and friendly!!! Don’t forget to grab a banana chocolate smoothie, you will not regret it!!!

- LSLulu SinclairDec 16, 20251.0DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I used to love everything about Bruegger’s, especially their amazing customer service. I recently relocated in Tucson and have had to come to this location. Every time I come in, the customer service is impatient, rude, and the place is a disgusting mess. I was in a rush and did an order pick up. I was not contacted until I got into the store they my order was out of stock. There was nothing else in stock to chose from after asking for 4 different things. When I asked for a refund, the manager came out VISIBLY annoyed and said “I don’t know how to do refund for online orders.” When she started to grab cash from the register, I asked “Can I please be refunded to my card, I don’t use cash?” She said thats not possible and handed me the cash. It’s ridiculous that the “manager” does not know how to do her job or COUNT! My order was for $6.53 & I only got $4.55 back! I am so disappointed in this place, but this location especially. Update: filled out the form they reply to every review with & nothing happened! It’s been over a week.
