  Haven't been to Brugger's for awhile. My husband picked up a couple of bagels and brought them home. What the heck happened? Our bagels SHRUNK! Come on Brugger's! Don't jump on the bandwagon and treat the public like this! I don't want to hear prices have gone up! Give us a decent sized bagels and add 10 cents to the price if you feel you must but don't do this stupid downsizing that a lot of companies are doing. It's just so freaking insulting and WE THE PUBLIC, the people who keep you in business, are getting sick and tired of business thinking we're stupid and don't notice this short coming. We won't be back and we wish other's would stop buying "stuff" that shrinks in size but not the price!! From~ a fed up consumer!

  Very weird that the manager was openly complaining about a new hire requesting halloween off. Aside from that the bagels here are consistently less than the other Tucson locations. Idk if they add too much salt or what but it's just not right. So anyways, we order our food and the manager had no sense of urgency. Typically they start both sandwiches at the same time, toast at the same time etc to speed it up, instead she sliced and toasted my bagel, and stood at the toaster the entire time, she could have started my fiances bagel in that time. Then she disappeared after starting his bagel, the next two customers already had their food while we waited for a simple ham, egg, and cheese bagel. There was a man standing next to me for awhile and all he wanted was a receipt, the cashier rudely said "uhhhh okay" before printing it. Then I ordered an iced tea and she gave me an iced coffee. Overall very weird, none of the employees were engaged, or even tried to pretend to be friendly. I much prefer Dena at the location on broadway/alvernon, or the entire team at Broadway/wilmot all of those people know true customer service, very friendly and the bagels taste great. Maybe send these people over there to learn a thing or too. Editing to add: I filled out the form an have yet to hear back, today is 11/6/25, so over a week. Bad customer service even at the top.

  I love the orange juice they have and I got a bunch of bagels for me and my girlfriend. I haven't been here in a few years and coming in was extremely welcoming and professional. One employee that stood out was a young gentleman named Ayden and he definitely made me feel welcomed and knowledged about menu items. Definitely will be back. They have great service and amazing items on their menu! 100% recommend this location

  I was having a hard time finding a good sandwich that my stomach could handle, and Ayden definitely helped me. Recommend the farmhouse, with no eggs. Was an amazing decision, really! He was also very friendly, quick, and efficient. Really appreciate the time he took with me.
