She was very wonderful and took my frustrations over the service here very seriously and has informed me that she would be looking further into the issue with the people who decided to close early that night. Thank you again Delilah! Do not come to this location. Multiple times I have been treated rudely by the employees because I came in during the last hour of close. Mind you, it was not 5-10 minutes before close, but a whole 30-45 minutes before close. This time today I came at 9:20 pm (they close at 10pm) and they had already locked the doors and everything and even tried to hide from me knowing damn well I had seen them. Does corporate know their stores are refusing service almost a whole hour before close??

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
