Asked for bananas this time, on a Sunday, and was told simply “we don’t do that here”.. what does that mean lol. And was given very messy sundaes, ice cream and whipped cream smears on the cups with no napkins at all (drive thru). Servers clearly hate their job, get employees that actually want to work and have a little respect for customers.
- RHRebecca HartleyFeb 27, 20255.0February 26, 2025: I initially wanted the Turtle Pie that was on the Baskin-Robbins menu on the GrubHub app, however, Jessica, my GrubHub driver took the time to call me to let me know that this Baskin-Robbins location didn't have Turtle Pie, and she wasn't sure why it was still on the Baskin- Robbins menu on the GrubHub app. Jessica helped me pick out a cake, instead, and went over the cake flavors (and cake colors/designs) including cake size and number of servings. I was looking for something small that fed 2-3. It was last minute on my part for a birthday. The cake was delicious and beautiful! While it was more of a Valentine's Day- themed cake, it was still perfect! Jessica, my GrubHub driver told me over the phone, that the cake was "very girly", which I was more than okay with, because it was for a female's birthday. The cake was old-fashioned white cake with a layer of chocolate ice cream. Thank you for making my family's birthday special, Baskin-Robbins and Jessica from GrubHub who delivered and took the time to call and help me with this when Baskin-Robbins didn't have the Turtle Pie available. The cake was fabulous, delicious, and added sparkle and cheer to the birthday! The cake and the fact that Jessica took the time to help pick this cake out, and was able to deliver to me, made the birthday even more special. Thank you, Baskin-Robbins and Jessica with GrubHub!

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
