I thinking it was a long time, went in 15 minutes. There were houseless camped outside the door but inside was lively. I paid and the pizza was given to me right away (15 min). We got home and started to eat. My first slice under the cheese was peppers. I immediately threw slice out. Next slice was ok. Then next slice more pepper, tossed, and one more with pepper. At this point I had enough and saved rest of pizza for hopeful replacement. I called next day and asked to speak to a manager. Cole answered and told me it was a makeline and cook issue, and that he would address. (I order from Isshy Hungry 🧐Howies once a week with no problems ever and half the price)He never asked if he could make it right or even if I had the pizza for exchange.I not wanting to push the issue or eat there again thanked Cole and hung up. I coming from customer service would have definitely handled the sutuation better and hopefully retained the customer, but they must be doing ok to not, so on to the next place.
