Where to begin.... Out of their control- -App being down(got my order in but when I got there only showed a try again button) -Number on the sign for the customer to call, out of service. In their control- -Putting a temporary number on the sign so disabled individuals dont have to go inside to notify the staff that they are there -Putting all items in grocery bags (Half of my order was not bagged, it was also frustrating because he was distracted by the manager and was loading single items, one at a time without bags in my cart. I advised him I had my service dog in the car and wasn't expecting this to take this long, no response from him or the manager) -Placing the receipt stickers on the grocery bag and not the bread bags (when I went to remove the bread from the grocery bag the bread bag ripped) -Giving the customer non-ripped cases of water -Helping the customer when he is verbalizing a bad experience (the manager was there the whole time watching his employee put individual items in my cart without a bag, speaking to the employee about a different topic as he is helping me and not acknowledging my complaints when I made them) When I stepped in to tell them I was there, I expected them to say sorry we will be right out but the employee told me to get a cart and follow him to the back. He then loaded it (half un bagged, slow becuase the manager is distracting him) and I brought out the product myself. Overall It was more hassle than convenience with zero customer service. This was my first and most likely last online Pick up I will do You want something done right, Do it yourself. Lesson learned.. again..

I called the store to make sure everything that I ordered online will be delivered a girl answered and said the Albertsons doesn't do delivery which I've ordered there plenty of times online so I don't know if they're lying or they're just playing games please check your orders please or call the store because apparently Albertsons on River and La Canada don't do deliveries which they do so somebody is lying I don't appreciate employees lying to their customers that is on call for that's why I gave a one star all I did was call the store and ask and that's what their employee told me I don't appreciate that whoever answered the phone
