- EEEasterBunny7Mar 3, 20262.0No one is trained anymore. The very first thing I was ever taught on drive through was to make sure the drink isn't dripping and wipe it down if it is. It wasn't dripping. It was actively pouring out the lid and down the sides. I'm holding it out the window as I'm fishing for a napkin in my car. Took the guy about 30 seconds before it dawned on him that MAYBE he should take it back & wipe it down. Except when he handed it back it was STILL dripping. After driving away I realized I was given no straw, no napkins (even though I even made a point to remind him to put them in and he acknowledged), and no receipt. At least there was a fork in the bag... (Tucson Broadway location. I usually don't have this much trouble here, but I also haven't been in a while.)
