- RTRachel Torres1 day ago1.0On 4/14/26 approximately 8:10 am. Terrible service. I asked for light ice, they were giving me too much ice. When I told them too much ice she questioned me "that's too much ice?". I had to keep repeating myself at the drive thru, the music inside was so loud she couldn't hear me. They forgot the Stevia I had requested. I had to ask for straws, lid covers, and no receipt given. The person outside taking orders was so far from the window with about 5 car lengths away the line was backed up. It paled in comparison to the location on Campbell and Ft. Lowell where I received excellent service.

They gave me 2 chais and this just reinforced my thought process of not tipping, they can’t make 2 simple drinks 🤦

I asked specifically for the hopscotch and I always am getting the no sugar version even though I do not ask for it every time. They also gave me the latte instead of the mocha. It is disgusting. I am tasting watered down milk. No sweetness at all.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
