You can’t hear the person and they take forever to take your order I came to this location for for two coffees 1) xl with cream and vanilla 2) xl with 8/8 When we go and pay for it, the coffee cups do not have the usual labels which lets us know which order is which. I asked the lady about how am I suppose to know which order is which and she looked at me with a blank stare genuinely confused I asked again. I don’t know which coffee is which. I have her back the coffees and she proceeded to open the coffee lid and SMELLED MY COFFEE I was very shocked by that I then asked for a manager because she stuck her whole nose on my coffee and the manager was just going to write on the coffee cup and give it back to me I said no I did not want that coffee and to make me a new one

They making cup of coffee, but I only needed plain coffee to fill up my cup, and they said “we are out of coffee,” which honestly sounded like a joke. I even asked for sugar, and they said they didn’t have any. The employees clearly didn’t want to work, and that’s not our fault. What does it mean to close almost an hour early?
