He explained to me the difference on appearance and ingredients of what I wanted on the menu as I was a little confused. He made me what I originally wanted and didnt charge me for it .I would have paid for it as it was my mistake not theirs. It made my day a little better. I will definitely be back soon. The new banana options are good.

Within minutes, the manager started banging on the door and accusing me of substance abuse. I purchased a lukewarm coffee and left. The manager does not correctly direct her staff so as to avoid long wait times, and has no understanding of customer service.

Service is poor too. I've refused to go to Dunkin for a while now, and I think I've finally convinced my significant other to do the same after they botched his entire order today. If you're a fan of this franchise, at least stay away from this particular location. You will regret it. I'm so grateful to have an air fryer at home so I can at least attempt to salvage the hash browns!
