- ACA. ClayApr 4, 20261.0I wouldn't have even bothered with this place if I hadn't been given a gift card, which I only found out doesn't work on their kiosks after waiting in line for 15 minutes. No humans taking orders, just kiosks that ask you for a tip. I'm so tired of every single company finding ways to cheap out on labor.

- MTMatthew TatarMar 26, 20265.0Not sure what people are complaining about. Yes, food is expensive. Yes, there is a kiosk. No it’s not hard to use if you were born any time in the last century. No, the tip does not go to the kiosk. It goes to the workers making your coffee (shocker I know). The ladies did a great job making my coffee. I asked them on the side to make it half sweet. They were nothing but kind and respectful.

Don't know what a sandwich with bacon and sausage is either (got two sausages). The one associate realized that she messed up and said so. The other "Smart Aleck" associate said: "Stuff Happens." I never said a word. Didn't even complain or ask that my order be corrected. I was smiling the whole time. She seems like one of those people with a permanent attitude. 😄 Glad most people aren't like that.

Lots of reviews complain about the self-ordering kiosk, but these are now everywhere, so get used to it. They made ordering simple and my coffee beverage-double espresso oat latte-was made quickly. Also, staff at the Tucson airport location are nicer than other airports I've been to, so that's another reason for the 5-star rating.
