I wanted to complain about their website lacking a key functionality, only to be prompted to create an account in order to contact them by email via their website. Suffice it to say that I will not be running on doughnuts consumed from Dunkin anytime soon. It is no wonder why they removed the word "Donuts" from their name!

It was a scam and denied the doughnut. I will not go to Dunkin’ Donuts again. This is sad that someone from their organization would send that out. I took my time to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts and then I was not given what they sent out as a free offer. Poor Service!!.
