  We had a big 18 top and the service left a lot to be desired. They didn't know who ordered what. Refills never came without bothering the hostess. The games were amazing and the food tasted great after we got it. I think if you have a party of 8 or less people it would be amazing. I just don't think they are used to huge party's and it caused them some difficulties. Overall the experience was great. The games are kinda expensive but it's adult games so 🤷

  Been here multiple times and we always have a lot of fun! Favorite arcade place. Whats made our visits extra special and positive has been staff member Lauren. She is phenomenal!! She's helped us on numerous occasions and always goes above and beyond. She is so kind and sweet and always gets a laugh out of us. Deserves a medal that one! Games are fun and there's a huge variety to play, large selection of prizes and food and drinks have always been good too. Great place for the entire family. Will be back. Thank you!

  We had an amazing time at Dave & Buster’s! I went with my daughter, and from start to finish, it was such a fun and memorable experience. The atmosphere was energetic and family-friendly, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. One of the highlights of our visit was the excellent service. Shawn, the manager, was very attentive and made sure everything was running smoothly for us. He truly went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and we’ll definitely be back again soon!

  Had an awesome time at Dave & Buster’s Tucson! This place is honestly way better than Main Event the atmosphere is better, games are more fun, and everything just feels more put together. The food was solid, drinks were on point, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. What really stood out though was the management Shawn is the man. Super friendly, attentive, and you can tell he actually cares about the customers having a great time. If you’re deciding between here and anywhere else… this is the spot. 💯🎮🍔

  Typically D&Bs, loud as heck but at least didn't have to avoid collisions with kids/teenagers running around like with Chuck E Cheese or Peter Piper. Mostly adults with kids of various ages, and a decent mixture of adults at the bar. Seems like an odd mixture and yet it works. Something for the adults to do while the kids are playing. However kids need an adult to accompany them to the bathroom per the bathroom signage so that should probably be briefed by the staff at the front desk when game cards are purchased. For $25 (the cheapest card) you get a good amount of playing time as most of the games cost 5-7 points. There's a couple 4 player games, but mostly single and two player. However downside is the prizes are astronomically expensive and so it would be cheaper to buy one of these prizes online than to exchange points for them. Basically a pay to win scheme, which is obvious and yet still...also, a vanilla shake costs $9. I mean really?
