  Consistently one of the WORST chickfilas I have been to. Orders never right. Staff very rude. Stay away. Go to another one.

  I specifically asked for sauces and for the receit and I received neither. I can't even enjoy my food like its supposed to be. I would understand if I asked something extra, but it was just the sauce that came with the club by menu and nothing. Never gonna shop here again

  Muy mala experiencia el día de hoy después que tardo mucho tiempo en llegar la comida mi hamburguesa estaba extremadamente caliente al morderla me quemé tuve que sacar de mi boca el pedazo de pollo era una exageración de caliente trate de esperar que se enfriara mientras comía las papas y nada dije esto está incomible le llamé a la manager para decirle que estaba incomible me dijo lo siento así se preparan le dije han pasado 20 minutos y tócala está todavía muy caliente 🔥 me dijo pues así son, le dije tengan cuidado si esto le pasa a un niño es terrible, mi lengua está escaldada y con ampollitas nunca pensé tener ese trato de su parte, solo se dio media vuelta y ni una disculpa dio. Jamás volveremos ahí.

  First time visiting this location and of course they don’t give me the three chick fil a sauces I ordered. Yes I could have gone inside and got them but what’s the point of a drive thru if it’s not convenient to get all my items? This isn’t even the only chick fil a that does this, this franchise is going downhill!!! Edit: I stopped by on my lunch break to redeem a free fry and again they tried to give me my fries without sauce.

  Extremely disappointed. I requested a gluten free bun for my sandwich while on my lunch break. I know the risk of cross contamination, however, never realized I had to be on the lookout of risk for mold. These buns are sealed shut in a baggie. To my surprise, I opened the bag and saw the bun had mold in various areas. I immediately called the number on the receipt and they started a “claim” for potential reimbursement or contact within 24-48 hours. I think that turn around time is as ridiculous as the fact that a restaurant has moldy foods.
