- CHCaroline Holcomb6 days ago1.0This Chick-fil-A is close to my house and I wind up going there about once or twice a month because I like their southwest salad. But every single time I go there, they screw up my order. Today they gave me granola instead of tortilla strips for the salad. Last time, they forgot to include one of the sandwiches I ordered. The time before that, was missing some stuff my kids ordered. I understand mistakes happen, but with this location, it's literally every time. Super frustrating.

The lack of professionalism and care is very noticeable.The management really needs to take a hard look at how things are being handled. But than again the management is just family members so can't really be helped.

Finally call was answered. First thing offered was a refund. I asked to speak with a manger and kept getting the run around Finally I replacement shake was offered Hiring customer service!!

- SSSSMar 16, 20261.0Ordered through app, app stated ready in 10-12 minutes. We arrived in 15 minutes because previous visit food was cold. Arrived, order wasn’t started. NO APOLOGY FROM ANY STAFF. Pathetic. There were pickup orders before me waiting and after me, seemed like the supervisor or manager on shift didn’t know what they were doing.
