  OMG!! I stopped at Electrify America to charge my vehicle. I had time to spare so I was walking the mall and stumbled into Charlie’s steak cheese. Amazing place! Fast and friendly service! The sandwich is amazing! Highly recommend visiting this place if you’re ever in this part of town. I had their sea salt from Miss Vickie‘s potato chips. I had an Arnold Palmer drink which blended everything together.

  Was refused service at 6:40, the girl said they closed in 5 min. Odd time to be closing at 6:45 pm. Hours on website need to be updated. Horrible service here

  Had lunch here Feb 3,2026. Food was delicious. Employees very nice and attentive. Excellent iced tea. Fries soooo good. Cheesesteak well make. Wait time for food reasonable. Prices also reasonable.Parking ample. Food court huge. Clean.

  The food is ok but whoever the lady is giving out the orders right now she is so rude! Like beyond! She shouldn't work with customers, keep her in the back. You ask her a simple question and she yells or just walks away.

  An excellent place to get a cheesesteak or other sandwich! One could eat there every week and never tire of it. The service is good, the atmosphere (it’s within a major store) is, well, it’s not their fault. No matter, the food is wonderful!
