  Horrible service immediately at pick up was told order was going to take another 10 minutes because online times are wrong, cashier wouldn't go back to check on my food, then came back in and she just saud it was getting bagged, then got my order and got home and was all mixed in with almost no sauce on the wings... doesn't let me add photo

  As a tourist from Africa and currently traveling across the United States, first time here. When I walked in here, I was asked by front dusk employees if I am here to pick up an order meaning if I was a doordash driver. This my be offensive for some customers. I highly recommend to stop asking customers if they are here to pick up order. ( Originally written in Afrikaans)

  Im not sure why the waitresses have to be so rude consistently. We keep trying this location because we are very local to it and enjoy the sauces but the food is hit and miss. My wife picked up a to go order today, server said half the order (20wings) was ready but had to wait for the other half (another 20 wings) 25 minutes later she puts it on the shelf with no notification to my wife. Food was cold. You know the French fries are terrible cold. Will be going to other wing places for now on sadly. Thanks.

  I've been at this Bwws before but after last night's bartender (Robert) I will Never be returning. Have you ever heard a bartender say to a customer. " Your still looking at the menu". A perfect example of if you have nothing nice to say to a customer. Don't say anything at all. That's my "tip" for Robert.
