  Photos show specific bagels, but kiosks default to plain and don’t clearly prompt you to choose another, which is easy to miss and misleading. When I asked why my sandwich wasn’t on an everything bagel (as it was in the picture), the employee was rude and dismissive. Also frustrating: the tip screen starts at 18% (besides no tip), which felt excessive given the service. I regret tipping that 18%.

  Service was atrocious this morning. Workers are not it, they were better 3 months before they let go of some workers

  Horrible Food took absolutely FORVER and the staff was rude and unhelpful would NOT recommend coming here if going through concourse B

  I go through concourse B in Tucson frequently and almost always stop at Bruegger’s. Today however I had one of the best experiences. I had a bit of problem with the order but Tatiana came and helped me with my order. She was kind, patient, smiling and took care of me. Thank you Tatiana, this is the best service I have ever received at this location. Bravo.
