  Bagels are good but customer service is horrible. None of the employees acknowledged the customers or greet them. If you are not a morning person and/or a people person do not work at any front counter.

  Got an herby turkey. Have not been in years. The sandwich though good was not loaded with stuff like it used to be.

  Everytime l pass through Tucson on my way to or from Peoria AZ, l stop at Bruegger's. Best bagels and cream cheese ever. Best selection the earlier that l can arrive! Please! Please! PLEASE! Open in Peoria or Glendale, AZ so that l can visit more often!!

  This morning around 845 I had a really rough interaction with a nasty employee who makes the coffee. When we came in, we ordered one decaf and one regular vanilla latte. They let us know that they had to brew the decalf, and that that would be a few minutes, and I let them know that that was okay. I was willing to wait. But we waited much longer than necessary and finished our food before the coffees were ready. Went back up to the register and asked what happened to our coffees and she responded with "oh my God, I forgot all about your decaf". Then, I explained that my daughter hasnt received her regular vanilla latte yet either. And so while we're standing there waiting for this coffee to be made, she's working on orders that came in after ours. She hands me a cup of decaf coffee with absolutely nothing else in it.No milk, no vanilla, none of the stuff that I asked for so I returned it to them.And asked if we could have a refund, because at this point, my daughter was going to be late for work who thought she would be nice and treat her mom to breakfast. While we were getting our refund done and taken care of I expressed to the person giving us back our money that the worst part about this is that the girl making coffee knows that our coffee wasn't made, and she's been standing here this whole time working on orders that have come in after ours. Like she still didn't try after we complained that we still hadn't received.Our coffee is what I mean. So the coffee girl says, "well, sorry I had other orders to work on besides yours" and the person that was giving us back our money just kept apologizing for this girl looking ashamed and embarrassed for her. This place used to have such good customer service. I can't really say that this is the situation now. We've been coming into this store pretty much since it's opening. I'm not sure that we're gonna be going back anymore, not after this time, not after this nasty employee encounter.

  Manager is extremely rude. Complains about the app and its flaws and directs customers to use the call ahead option. I called ahead today and was on hold over five minutes. This is the polar opposite of a five star review for the manager DENA at the Broadway location. I am aware of numerous complaints for several years about this individual. Unsure how she is able to keep the job..
